BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE
Ingredients:
2. Meanwhile, in a 2-quart saucepan, heat 1-inch water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 6-8 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside. 3. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook potatoes in butter 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until potatoes are lightly browned. Stir in onions. Cook one minute, stirring costantly. 4. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Add cheese. Mix ingredients together. Once eggs are cooked through, add crumbled bacon and serve.
